Steven G set to design model unit at 30Thirty North Ocean

30Thirty North Ocean, a luxury 5 story boutique condominium development by Cavache Properties LLC, has commissioned Interiors by Steven G to design a furnished model unit.

“Working with Adam Adache, Adache Architects and the entire group for 30Thirty has been great.

This is an amazing project located right in our backyard and I am very proud to be the interior designer!” says Steven G.

Located in Fort Lauderdale, just north of the famous A1A strip, 30Thirty offers chic and urban beach-side living with 24 penthouse-styled condo units catered towards the single-family home.

Expected completion date set to arrive in Summer 2019.
